We would like to introduce you the artist behind the beautiful holiday noodle bowls that are available on our website for a limited time. 

Meet Michelle Chae - here's story:

"I started pottery at the beginning of Covid really as a therapeutic outlet. I was going through a really difficult time, and stepped away from working in special education to focus on my mental and emotional well-being. The studio became a place of solace for me, and I received so much support and encouragement from friends and family.

Opportunities started popping up slowly - from creating custom pieces, to working with different businesses, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m so encouraged and inspired to be working with local businesses within the community, and especially grateful for Noodelist for allowing my art to be a part of their passion!"

Michelle's favorite Noodelist flavor is the Lemongrass Vegan Chicken'ish which she loves to jazz it up with sautéed kimchi, soft boiled eggs and furikake! "*Chefs kiss*, I could seriously eat it every night!".  Her moment of instant happiness is at a table side, enjoying company of loved ones over a delicious meal.
