Noodelist x Farmhouse Lab
We met Daniela Kratz, founder of Farmhouse Lab at the Good Food Mercantile in San Francisco in March 2022, and we were so into each other’s products that we agreed to collaborate one way or the other. Here's Daniela's moment with Noodelist in her own words.

"This week, I made this purple cauliflower noodle bowl with Brussels sprouts, basil, Noodelist's Vegan Lemongrass Chicken’ish noodles and our Red Sunflower Real Food Dressing! It was so easy and so delicious, I am telling you, the lemongrass flavors of Noodelist's broth and our spicy dressing is a perfect combo!

Bonus effect: When I poured our Red Sunflower dressing over the boiled purple cauliflower, the apple cider and white wine vinegars in our dressing turned the cauliflower pink - it works like a magic trick!

I love Thuong’s noodles because they are entirely plant based, with clean ingredients, they have 10 grams of protein, 7 grams of fiber per serving!!!

It is also a life changer when you have kids who love ramen packages! The conventional ones are full of artificial flavors, additives and preservatives. Noodelist is solving a real problem here!

Thuong is an inspiring entrepreneur. She was born in Vietnam, raised in Finland and lives in the Bay Area.
