Healthy Instant Noodle Finnish Beef Casserole (Noodelist Makaroonilaatikko)
Makaroonilaatikko, macaroni casserole, is a popular Finnish dish. Chef Petteri Luoto recreates the dish with Noodelist noodles and soup base.

Noodle & Broth Ingredients:
4.2 cups /1 liter water
1 pack of Noodelist Bold & Juicy Shiitake Broth Powder
3 packs of Noodelist Moroheiya noodles
2 small eggs
1 minced garlic clove
Fried Ground Beef Ingredients:
0.35 pounds (160 g) ground beef
0.9 pounds (40 g) onion
0.05 oz (1,5 g) / pinch of salt
Black pepper, Allspice

Instructions:
Mix Noodelist Noodelist Bold & Juicy Shiitake Broth Powder with water to create broth.
Heat the broth and boil Noodelist Moroheiya noodles in the broth for two minutes. Strain the noodles, save the broth.
Pre-heat oven to 300° Fahrenheit.
Saute chopped onion in a frying pan. Add grounded beef and stir-fry until well roasted. Season with salt, black pepper and allspice.
Mix together strained broth, eggs and minced garlic clove in a bowl.
Put boiled noodles and fried ground beef to a large casserole pan.
Pour the mixed broth on top.
Put the casserole in the oven and cook until it’s light brown (usually 20-25 minutes).
Chop scallions and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
