Noodelist Based Pizza, Anyone?
Did you know that February 9th is National Pizza Day?
When we run out of ideas about what to post on our social media channels, we check ahead what National Days are coming up.
My friends invite me over on Sundays to make our own vegan pizzas. That means, the crust is made and then we all finish it with putting whatever toppings we want. This gave me and idea to ask Maija Lähdesmäki to make a Noodelist Pizza for the National Pizza Day. And here's how she celebrates it:
”Pizza is one the dishes that has
no right or wrong way to do it, options are
limitless. (Except pizza margarita is the real thing ;).
Sometimes the difference between pizza and flat bread is hard to define. This is what I created when I was asked to make a noodle pizza.
Noodelist Pizza:
- White cream cheese sauce
- Pan fried thin slices of kohlrabi
- Garlic and shiitake
- Topped with the bespoke Moroheiya noodles
- Kale with chili oil and chili flakes.
I'll make this again!"
