Ten years ago my friend Tommi had a climbing accident in Yosemite. He couldn't cook for a while and we didn't have convenient food delivery companies back then. And as you have heard about my lousy cooking skills by now and my love of instant noodles - I did my friendly part to help Tommi and bought him my favorite instant noodles.

I brought him all kinds of instant noodle brands and flavors but he didn't like any of them. I thought, "What a snob." But he did at least liked the coconut coated peanuts by Koh-Kae brand.

Fast forward to 2020 when we just pre-launched the first version of Noodelist. Tommi and the company he works at became one of the first Noodelist customers. He liked our plant-based and tasty instant noodles so much that he suggested the company's Office Manager to stack Noodelist in their cafeteria.

The noodle story comes to a full happy circle when Tommi likes the Noodelist products to a level that he became an angel investor. These days, Tommi usually takes Noodelist noodles to his mountain biking and outdoor glamping trips.
